Daniel will discuss how career services professionals are at the center of preparing our next generation of leaders to tackle our society's challenges, and how emphasizing integration, community and equity in our work will profoundly benefit our students, our institutions, and our world. He'll also share how, through the "Launch" approach to undergraduate education, Drew University has designed and implemented models that are enhancing the DEI of its efforts and the readiness of its students.
