Bio: Nathan Minns is a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and conference emcee who helps individuals become confident communicators—using the playful spirit of improv comedy. He’s led sessions in 8+ countries for governments, Fortune 500 companies, and universities, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Cardinal Health, and The Ohio State University, and in 2025 alone, he’s set to deliver 150+ talks. Nathan’s high-energy, interactive style helps professionals develop the skills to thrive when they’re put on the spot and communicate confidently in any situation. He’s also the creator of Pivot Pitch, a quick-thinking game that creates confident communicators. When organizations need to raise their communication game, they call Nathan.
Bio: Will Waller is Executive Director of Human Resources at Cummins, Inc. He leads a team of HR professionals across the world who are accountable for the design and delivery of a talent strategy for the $12 Billion Distribution Business Unit. This aftermarket organization is comprised of approximately 16,000 employees. Waller has 25 years of leadership experience built at industry leading organizations, such as Honeywell, Whirlpool, Goodyear and Otis Elevator. He also served as the chief executive of the not-for-profit National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA), an organization that was crucial in his leadership journey.
He has extensive experience coaching Senior Leaders on how to drive culture change and improve organizational performance by maximizing their greatest resource, people. He has coached executives across the C-Suite who were accountable for: a P&L, end-to-end supply chain, enabling functions, and transformation programs. He has a passion for improving individual and team effectiveness and helping people at all levels of the organization realize that they have potential and helping them pursue it.
Will became a member of the NWBA over 30 years ago, and he has been part of winning teams at all levels as an athlete and administrator, including the Sydney (2000) and London (2012) Paralympic Games. having contributed to successful teams at every level including the Sydney and London Paralympic Games. He was introduced to wheelchair basketball after sustaining a spinal cord injury in a gang related shooting on Chicago’s Westside. Waller will share the lessons he’s learned on his harrowing journey from a misguided teen to a leader on the court, in the classroom and in business.
